If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange an item(s) please do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means there should be no marks on the item nor any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. www.noorsaab.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase issued by www.noorsaab.com that you would have received with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please go through the following steps before getting in touch with us.
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you want to exchange it for something else, you will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and place a new order for the alternate item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
