Shipping costs:
Shipping rates will vary based on the final destination. When and wherever there are custom duties, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to settle them in order to receive their purchase. noorsaab is not responsible to clear them.

We offer worldwide delivery.
However, if your country doesn't appear in the list, please contact our customer service on: info@noorsaab.com and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.


Shipping methods:
We use various service provides such as DHL, FedEx and Royal Mail depending on the final destination of the order. A tracking number is provided on all occasions.


Shipping times:
All the items in stock will be shipped within maximum 48hrs of the order being placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible but please allow one to four days for your order to arrive. This depends on the delivery address you have assigned for your order.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with the order confirmation and details.
All our products will be sent in our luxury packaging, which in some cases will be enclosed in the shipping provider’s packaging to make sure your order gets to you in its tiptop condition.
